MOOREA DIAMOND
Founding Attorney
My practice focuses primarily on sealing criminal records. I am currently a contracting attorney for the Office of the Alternate Defense Counsel. I have experience representing clients in trial courts across Colorado and in postconviction proceedings, including Crim. P. 35(c) evidentiary hearings. I have previously served as the lead volunteer attorney for the non-profit organization Expunge Colorado at its record-sealing clinics in 2023 and 2024. I previously served on the Clean Slate Collation of Colorado on their Steering and Policy Committees assisting with legislation. My background includes experience interning with the Office of the State Public Defender of Colorado, Colorado Legal Services, and The Public Defenders Service in Washington, D.C.
